Helped my husband a lot, but the secretary is extremely rude. My husband's case is closed but I needed to get his case number, insisted on correcting my grammer and gave me an attitude about it. It was pretty clear what I needed, and as long as she can understand what I want (which if she's correcting my grammer, she obviously understood) then there's no reason to correct me. Just get the information I need and let it go. In my opinion she was highly unprofessional.
