This is the WORSE law firm. I had been calling everyday to speak to an attorney about a garnishment that they are illegally taking from my paycheck. They owe me almost $5000. I finally spoke to Emily and of course she argued with me. The company they are garnishing for shut their doors back in 2020. They are trying to collect what the owner owes them because now that owner is bankrupt. I have turned them in to BBB and if I don’t hear back I’m hiring a lawyer to take them down.

I really hate to give them a bad review… but you can never get ahold of anyone in that office except the secretary. We just had some questions about a debt we know we owe and want to rightfully pay. But we can get no answers about anything. We even tried emailing but no one answers. And from all the other reviews it looks like they don’t want to talk with anyone. Just claim their money and run…

This place is a joke! No one can take your call because they are in training, no one can email you because they are in training, yet they continue to take money (way more than is owed) and still demand more but won’t even return a call to my attorney. The person actually responsible for debt showed up to court and this joke of a business never showed so of course he walked away free and clear again as always. You can never get rid of this place. They say you owe one amount, you pay it and then they garnish your wages for 10 times the amount that was originally stated from their office! It’s stupid and ridiculous. Zero stars for this business and staff members.

This office doesn't answer phone calls or emails. They are impossible to get a hold of. I've called them around 24 times in a 10 month period, and have only spoken to them 3 times. You can try to contact them via email, but don't expect a reply.

This company isn't a horrible company because they collect debts. They're horrible because they will blatantly exceed Oklahoma Statutes on legal debt collections. That's breaking the law, and they know very well the laws they breaking (because they're lawyers) which makes it worse. My personal experience is them taking legal action against me on a debt that exceeds the statute of limitations, then forcing me to take legal action against them to have it removed- facts...
