I would most certainly recommend Rodger Phillips to represent you in a criminal case. I was recently facing a felony charge in Parker County Texas. Mr. Phillips was appointed by the court to represent me. He listened to everything I had to tell him and offered a solution to all my questions. He did what I asked him to on my case, and he was always available even if I called from the jail. I have had attorneys who were court appointed in the past and they tend to put my concerns and questions off until the last min. Mr. Phillips however, never treated me like a second class client. I received the same treatment o would have if I would have paid him cash out of my own pocket. Great guy, very knowledgable, and honest. I would use him again for sure.

This is the best lawyer I've ever had. He is very polite and very knowledgeable. If you need a lawyer you should most definitely pick this man. He very straight up and very much on your side even when you think it going one way this man gets it right back where you want thing. I will not use any other lawyer but Mr.Phillips.

I feel like he took the easy way out because he was court appointed. He didn't return phone calls and was not very informative when I did finally get to speak with him. Not saying he didn't know what he was talking about when it came to the DA. But I know for sure that a jury would have took it into consideration and an innocent man wouldn't have felt obligated to sign on 10yrs.
