Rogers & Duncan

My Fiancé and I came in to upgrade our phones and were taken exceptional care of by Amanda. She worked hard to get us the best deals, introduced us to new services that were relevant for us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was a lengthy process and her coworker Shy jumped in to help any way she could by setting up our new devices and going over the plans we were updating, making sure everything was working correctly and assisting Amanda any way she could to help us all out. Together they were a fantastic duo and made the process so easy and painless for us both. Thank you Amanda and Shy!

My boyfriend went there and talked to gage who was amazing! He had a great experience he ended up having to run to Langford and back to grab his id and gage ended up staying late for him and looked up a few deals while he was gone. We will definitely recommend this Rogers to anyone!

10/10 experience! Shy and the staff we're so helpful, kind and even went above and beyond talking to a representative we had on the phone from rogers to make my experience easy! highly recommend visiting Shy at Rogers Duncan.

After being told to come in in person and waiting for 30min as there was only one salesperson on site, I was then told that they could not help and was told I’d need to phone rogers customer service again. No real explication given, really disappointing with the terrible face to face customer service.
