Additionally, he takes the time to make sure we understand our options and that we are comfortable with the choices we make. We hired Bradley Hollister to help us when we bought out our old partners (restaurant and brewery business). He did all of the business separation agreements for that deal. Since then, he has done our Wills and Trusts, formed a limited liability company for us, and provided legal advice when we purchased real estate. Mr. Logue assisted us in our home purchase, towards the end of escrow. We needed to complete escrow and gain possession of the home by a certain date. Mr. Logue wrote a very effective letter to the seller's agent that spelled out specific consequences if the tenant did not vacate the home on the date promised, and that we gain possession of the property as specified in the sales contract. Our loan was in jeopardy of terms and rate change if we did not gain possession on time. This letter was instrumental in persuading the seller to perform as promised in the contract.
