After 23 long months Martha helped us adopt our two amazing foster babies. Anyone who has been through a legal child custody case knows how scary and stressful it is. I know that in the days leading up to mediation in our case, the anxiety on both sides was crippling. Martha and staff were so understanding. From initial greeting to leaving the office they were genuinely kind and comforting. We had several mediation sessions with Martha. In each one they were equally as compassionate. They also met us where we were at in our ability to communicate at the time. Our mediations varied; in the same room with Martha present, separated with her relaying communication, lawyers present and us separated and lawyers present with everyone in the same room. No matter the structure of the session; Martha, her staff and the environment helped contribute to a less stressful experience. The environment and accommodations are amazing. Even since our last mediation Martha has been helpful in answering questions for our family! I would recommend to anyone. If necessary, Martha is the only mediation attorney I’d return to.
