Sometimes you just have a bad client! Dan did everything he could with what he was working with. What you need to understand is, He has skin in the game too. His time, his energy, his finances. He will give you his best advice on the best possible outcome for what you're are dealing with. He is working for you and unfortunately he is bound to do what his client wants, not what he, the professional believes is best. This firm is compassionate and empathetic. I cannot say enough about Katie! She is a fantastic assistant but more importantly a great human being. She was so kind when she didn't have to be! My sons case could have turned out a lot better but you cant help someone who wont help themselves and fight against themselves so hard! I appreciate everything this law firm has done. Their compassion, hard work and dedication to their client. Their patience with this Mom especially! Much gratitude to you!

It was a very long experience but not of his fault. My situation happened right before COLVID. At the beginning of COLVID I was a little scared because of lack of communication. But within maybe a Month me and his team grew to be like family. I could contact Katie (email) At anytime and she would promptly respond. Attorney Dan was real Cool and down to earth. He knew the exact figures to fight for according to my injury and laws. Although I felt my PIP should have been more. Fighting it in court would have probably been to no avail dealing with the diversity and prejudices in the Court District I was in (been there). Dan took hours explaining the laws in my case and calming me… I’m so HAPPY he told me not to QUIT working and keep trying at the end. Other attorneys were trying to make me retire. They don't even call you back and they intake talks funny like they want you to know who they think they are. If you don't get it, you will.

I hated to be the one to do it, but yes, I am a real person & yes I was referred to this firm through Mike Morris. I had a car accident 7/11. I got through pretty fast with the set-up but Dan called me while I was at work to introduce himself & ask a few questions & I asked him if I could call him back when I got off .. he said no problem. Okay. I called back 4 times & 1 out of that 4 times, there was actually an appointment for an interview that was set up for 2pm & never got the call! Today, I go to check the mail just to get a letter stating they can no longer assist me. Whatever the reason was, I do feel like I was quickly disregarded, without really trying. For that reason, I took my interest elsewhere …

Not sure how anyone would want to come back and do business after seeing the way the "Owner" responds to negative criticism here. Bullying someone into revealing their identity or guilting them into feeling gratitude when they feel genuine disappointment is super dismissive. I don't see any replies implying that they're even sorry or hoping to do better in the future. I'm not sure how calling their clients "cowards" in other review responses helps their case. I'm sure they'll respond to this in a similar matter. And yet all this time the "Owner" hides behind anonymity and uses legal terms to scare people on here when they're not a lawyer themselves. Just Daniel Romano's wife who turns out to be his glorified secretary with management power. Wait, I'm sorry. "Executive Operations Director" or something like that I believe.. Big mistake, Dan. She's killing your business. But don't listen to me. "Blah blah hearsay, speculation, fake review, uncredible, defamation, blah." Anyway, I used to be an employee. Fired along with at least 22 others the same year over trivial drama she created by herself. But I'm the problem? Hm... Can't wait to see what hostile reply I receive.
