I called and had some Questions Ron actually answered the phone and took time with me pesonally very nice man he seems to be very involved with cases and that you simply don't find anymore.

Ronald Cutler answered my questions very promptly and professionally during a free consultation. He called back the same day I left a message (during the weekend) and had a CPA help answer my tax related questions. I highly recommend him based on his prompt response, professionalism, and expertise!

Worst service I have ever received. Mr Cutler did set up a consultation with me at 11:30 am this morning. It was set up 3 days ago. At 11:35 am, 5 mins into the call, he says: hey I am sorry, I have an IRS call, I can‘t miss it, I will call you back very shortly. 3 hours later, when I call his office, he answers and acts aggressive by stating IRS matters are important, that he will get back to me but that I should not push it. Really? He never called back. Bottom line, I set up a meeting with a guy, I wake up early in the morning because I am in California (it was 8:30 for me), and I end up being discarded with 5 minutes into the call because Mr has better things to deal with. He asks me to expect a call back as soon as he is done and leaves me hanging all day for a call that never arrives. I love the way you respect your new clients sir, speciall when you set the time and date of the meeting and you end up flaking and act aggressively when called out on your behavior !

He was right to the point and was upfront and honest with me. The call was rushed because I was at work but other than that he gave me a smidge of hope in moving forward with my options as far as dealing with the "big bad wolf" IRS.

I had serious IRS issues with levies coming from my Social Security. Attorney Cutler and Jean were the epitome of professional resolving my issue and stopping my levies. Both we and are so great to work with me through the process. It was not overnight but within a few months issues resolved and I will continue to have Attorney Cutler handle any future issues with the IRS. I highly recommend them, fantastic assistance, communications, resolutions. So comfortable and calming to work with. Jean is The Best.
