The Edelman Law firm has been the best in my work comp case by far. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of all the way. I've had the pleasure of meeting Marshal once already in mediation and he stood by my side through the whole thing and has continued to fight my case even when I was completely unsure if it was even worth pursuing. It's been over a year that the firm has been representing me and I couldn't be any more satisfied. All of them work hard to do everything to make sure to put my needs first. Highly recommend. What a great group to work with.
Ron and his sons have worked with me for several years on my WC case. My case was very difficult because of denials, surveillance, lowball offers, and missing medical records. They spent numerous hours and thousands of dollars on expert testimony. They fought against one of the largest insurance companies in the world. Ron got me a settlement of several hundred thousands of dollars. Ron Edelman has the experience and expert knowledge you need to win.
Very professional. worked hard to get what I deserved out of my Workmen's Comp. claim very nice ..great communication!!
Mr. Edelman has recently helped me with a personal case and is continuing to assist me with a workers compensation case I am going through. His fees are fairly low, only 25% of what I may earn in my workers compensation case and while for a personal case his fee is a little more it is nowhere near the 3/4ths that someone else on here has claimed. Mr. Edelman is always upfront about his cost and has been very cooperative and understanding, him and everyone else have always answered my questions and concerns to the best of their ability.nTo me it has been a scary journey but he's helped me very much and has reassured me throughout both cases. I am so grateful for Mr. Edelman and everyone else in his office for all that they have done.
I would like to start off saying that I was injured on the job with a new employer which I had been employed for less that 1 year. When I was injured, I was scared to file a claim against the employer in regards to this injury that I suffered. (Hernia) As a result I incurred mounting medical bills that was my responsibility to pay. I called my employer to notify them that I had been in the hospital for this injury, but did not stress the fact that it was work related in fear of retaliation by my employer. So the day that I returned to work, I worked my full shift. 15 minutes prior to the end of the shift, the owners of the company came to me and said that they needed to talk to me. so we had this meeting, & they told me that they were going to have to let me go. And that it was nothing that I had done wrong, nor was it any fault of mine. I ask them when this was to take effect. They stated it takes effect at the end of the shift. They even wrote me an awesome letter of recommendation. So some time had went by and the medical bills started to roll in..... I then thought maybe I should call an attorney and get some professional legal advice so that I could make a educated decision. I really did not expect that I had a fair chance in this situation due to me not filing a workers injury report at the time of the injury. n I then called the "Edelman Law Firm". They immediately & professionally assisted me in my claim. I immediately started to feel a weight off my shoulders. They worked thought gathering the data from me that they needed to proceed forward, and it went very smoothly. I could tell at that time that they were very organized in the way that they gather all this information. As I summarized above, there were major complications due to me not doing what I should have done in this situation. I felt that I was most likely not going to receive any compensation, and was even thinking that my hard working attorney may even suffer a loss as well. Well the great news is these attorneys got me a fair settlement. It paid for the medical bills that were incurred in this injury, and they took the 25% that they were entitled to. I would like to add that the attorneys sure did a lot for that 25% & I am well satisfied with the "Edelman Law Firm". I would recommend this Law firm to anyone that need an attorney in these matters. I spoke with Ron Edelman, & Steve Edelman, during this whole case and just as soon as I was connected to either one they new the details of my case. W O W ! ! ! Great Job !nnRon Krause
