Not only is Ron Servis a bad attorney, he's not a nice person. He was appointed the personal representative for my Mother's estate by the probate court. There were 4 children, who were heirs, including me. My siblings and I have had a strained relationship for decades. Mr. Servis never contacted me, nor did I ever sign over my rights and nominate him as PR. I had to call him, once I discovered he would be appointed. As PR, he was supposed to conduct an inventory and appraisals of all of the estate assets and make sure they were divided equally. He didn't. There was no inventory, no appraisals done, my sister and brother moved estate funds through their personal bank accounts, and, when meeting to distribute said property, the house was completely empty. Then, records outlining expenditures mysteriously disappeared. Mr. Servis said he spent time with the previous family attorney, and billed time, yet he says he didn't know there were beneficiary deeds on the two major properties in the estate. I repeatedly asked Mr. Servis for an accounting, and he refused. He stopped answering questions about the estate from a creditor, and has been totally uncommunicative. I have not received my copy of any final billing or the form that closes probate. This man has caused me serious emotional and financial harm. I don't think he should be practicing law.
I haven't Met him but over the phone and he is a Really good listener and I believe he takes care of the business he is supposed to.
