When I called to set up an appointment for a social security disability appeal - they were very honest and told me that I should do the first appeal myself because my chances were much higher of being approved. So rather than just snatching up an easy case to take money from me - they actually are looking out for their clients and to save them money. They stated if I were to be denied again - that was when they would step in and take my case. Even though I didn’t end up becoming a client / I am very highly impressed with their integrity and honesty. This lawyer will absolutely stick in my brain if I ever do need his help. Highly Impressed!

Hello; I usually do not leave reviews unless something unusual happened. I had herd about Joe Rooth Law ,through a conversation with a friend. I was looking for an attorney at this time. I was told that he had done a GREAT job for this persons friend. Well I looked him up read as much as I could find as well as with several other attorneys. Joe Rooth Law being close to me I decided why not call. I had done just that and to my surprise I talked to girl in his office. She had set up a date I could see Joe for a FREE consolt. After talking to Joe for a little over an hour going over details and such. As any other Lawyer would have told me ,,Yes you have a good case. NOW the part I am amazed about this man and his firm. I signed with Joe to be my attorney. He then introduced me to Becky as the legal aid that would be handling my case with him. To this day there has not been one time I have called or left emails I did not get a response from Becky or Joe yes from Joe.The response time was either a few hours or very first thing in the next AM. All I have ever herd was nightmares on never getting back no responses being left in the dark. Joe Rooth must have a big light bill. I was never in the dark I was always apprised of any conversations ,Just as they happened not weeks later. All I really can do at this time is say Thank you Rooth Law Firm. Joseph Rooth is definitely by far a 5 star lawyer; he handled my workman’s comp and SSDI and did a great job. He and his staff make you feel welcomed, I never once felt uncomfortable.
