Mr. Weiner allowed a intrafamily transfer dissolution on a home that was owned by me, my mother and sibling equally. The home was my fathers who passed when I was two months old, and through and Connecticut intestate law passes the home to the spouse and children equally. My sibling took my to do a will in 2006 and somehow had the the home done as a non arms length sale with me signing away my share for $10. I was never made aware, my mother, who lived with me and I cared for had no clue as to what occurred. The document had 3 signature pages separate from the document, 1st was moms, signed and dated 5/8/2006, separate page for sibling signed 5/11/2006, last page my page signed 5/26/2006. All three pages had different notaries, the notary on my page can’t be found, bot can the witness. Non arms length transactions require greater scrutiny because of potential of their potential for fraudulent situations, which is exactly what occurred in this situation. Mr. Weiner should have taken steps to ensure that no one was acting simply for their own interest. My mother was manipulated and financially abused by my sibling which prompted me to research what had occurred. I was busy caring for my mom while sibling was manipulating behind the scenes. Mr. Weiner wouldn’t return my calls instead had his paralegal answer my questions stating he did “what my mom wanted.” What a bs answer, as my mother would never have me give up my inheritance, she was fiercely protective. Mom could put her share of the home in a trust, but not mine. He should not have done anything without all of the homeowners present. Mr. Weiner acted without competent representation as he had a fiduciary duty’s to inform my mother as to what she was signing and there was clearly no good faith effort to made to determine the deed was valid, as it was not. I was never aware and didn’t sign anything, my signature was forged and the notary and witness were phony, at least shady at best. This is fraudulent and reprehensible that an attorney would allow this to occur.

Rory got me out of a non-compete that other attorneys wouldn’t touch. Amazing results!!!
