If you want to protect your life, your assets, your family, or your dignity I HIGHLY recommend you find another lawyer! Wendy was unprofessional, unprepared, and extremely inappropriate. She failed to show up for a very important hearing which she swore she would be there for and it subsequently cost me EVERYTHING. She gave me intentionally terrible legal advice to avoid a trial and even went as far to send me an email stating that I “wanted” my ubusive husband back and should “just get over him” after repeatedly sitting in her office talking to her about the severe abuse I had undergone at his hand and wanting him out of my life-SIMPLY VILE. Wendy Moulton knows no shame or privacy, running her high heels up the back of the legs of opposing counsel in court hallways and breaking client/patient confidentiality frequently in her office. Wendy should be debarred for this and the number of other clients whose lives she ruined.

I would not recommend her. Extremely disappointed the way she handled my situation, rightfully so.

Awful. Simply awful. I was dealing with a custody/child support case. Wendy did not fight for me or help me with what I wanted/needed. She cost me 100$ weekly for months on child support because of a “mess up” In court. She never seemed to know anything about my case. I would never recommend her to anyone.. ever.

I contacted Wendy with an urgent matter and she jumped in immediately to help. She is a “tell-it-like-it-is” attorney who doesn’t sugarcoat the truth and I appreciate that about her. She’s efficient, quick to connect with other resources, and everyone who hears her name is quick to say what an excellent attorney she is.
