I was involved in a 4-car motor vehicle accident (I was stopped, and the third car struck my car) in Port St Lucie, on 4Jan24. I was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries I sustained. I finally decided to contact an attorney in February. Thorough a google search I found Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa who were close to my home and had exceptionally helpful reviews. I called and an appointment was made at my convenience for a consultation. I met with Mr. Steve Simon, who explained all the information I needed to know and answered all my questions. All insurance information, medical information and pictures were texted to his office. I was informed his office would handle all paperwork and payment for any expenses I incurred. Mr. Simon kept me well informed and set up telephone appointments to keep me informed of all progress. To my surprise, in April, I received a call from Mr. Simon. He said that there was a settlement offer from the insurance company. He said he would try to settle it for more since I had Medical Bills that were not covered by Insurance. Again, to my surprise, he called shortly after that, and I agreed to settle. The settlement was much more than I ever expected. Mr. Simon and his employees were very professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of car accidents. I called them several times with questions, and they responded at once and if the answer was not known, they called back within minutes.
