I would highly not recommend Dan Ross for a attorney after waiting several months for paperwork to be finished. And several phone calls that I have made to find out the status. I still have not heard back from him or any of his staff. I even called and asked to have the paperwork mailed back still haven't received it. After another week I just received a phone call from Dan Ross secretary she has informed me that she'd lost the paperwork all I can say is wow

Took $2500 from me up front. I had to chase him to do anything with my case. They told me 2 weeks in writing in an email and nothing happened. Eventually stopped answering my emails and phone calls. Since April 5th,2018, he made 1 conference and showed up in court 1 time. I still don't have my divorce. Worst lawyer ever.

The staff is very friendly and Mr Ross is detailed and proficient, very thorough. He takes time with his clients to make sure they understand and are comfortable in some hard times. He is an expert with helping the elderly as well as displaying patience and compassion. I highly recommend him and if you honest and forthright he will work with to make the payment manageable.

He listens and sometimes doesn't get back to u right away.
