Excellent law firm for my workers comp and wrongful termination cases. Gave me realistic and achievable expectations even if I wanted more but explained WHY the options I did have were my best options. In the end they still found a way to meet my original expectation in some fashion once more evidence was gained. So they really do take your case serious and professionally, def using them again and currently moving on to the next case after they successfully handled a previous one I highly favor there communication and organization, when other law firms would ghost me for months expecting me to even remember who they were lol

I have been extremely impressed with the outcome of my disability appeal coming up. They have kept in contact with me and made sure that I understand what is going on. My appeal hearing is on June 13th and I'm very nervous, but with Mr. Shiffman and the amazing parallels I have been in close contact with, I know everything will be fine. Thank y'all so much for everything!!!

Not impressed with this attorney at all. In almost one year’s time I spoke with Mr Rotstein 3 times totaling less than 10 minutes. Exchange emails a few times but his responses were so short like 1-5 words. No please, thank you, hi, bye, nothing!! No one there took any in my case. I sent them pictures, wrote a detailed statement, etc. and nothing of my concerns, issues, were addressed. I had to beg him to talk to the other party insurance to pay for my meds and treatment. It took 4 months to get medication and only 1 Dr appointment. I had no assigned WC doctor, absolutely nothing. This place doesn’t care at all about their clients. And your settlement will be very disappointing. The attorney was very unprofessional kinda like he may have been sleeping and I bothered him with a question. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I literally had infected lungs, chemical burn in my eyes, and bones broken in the top of my foot and received enough $ to buy groceries for possibly 2 months. There are so many places in this town that are pro bono, skip this one. Honestly I think I could have done better having crackhead Harry on a1a represent me.

I was contacted by this law firm office and they sent the young lady out to my house to interview me and take down the paperwork. The problem is my attorney, Mrs. Anna never wants to call you back never wants to reach out to you never communicates with you and just act like she does not care . I called last Wednesday and was told she would call me back and it always the same excuse. She never calls me back. It might be 3 to 4 weeks before I hear from her, and I have to file my own appeal without the assistance from her or anybody from her office. Thank you Miss Anna for nothing. You are just like the doctors and Social Security. Nobody cares.

They said to were working for me. No calling after the process. I begin after a year gone by calling them and the disconnected. I can't get I. Touch with them. I am delay because nothing is getting done they suppose to ve my lawyer. Idk what to do. I can't connect with them. I think I've been had and they got all my personal info. Lord help me.
