Horrible company. I made a huge mistake and in not researching this company before seeking their assistance and I am paying dearly for it.,my employer recommended them and I was supposed to get a discount, the few reviews I read were great, now looking through them again I am realizing they are probably padding with friends and family, because all of the negative reviews have the same theme and I expirenced none of the postive expirences those reviews outlined. I Retained their services for a domestic Violence a divorce and a CPS/custody issue. I stressed that I was pursuing these on my own and my soon to be ex-husband was not to be involved. Not only did they disregard that multiple times, after numerous reminders they continued to contact him putting me in unsafe situations and damaging my case. They only focused on 1 of my 3 problems ignoring my inquiries when I brought the other issues up. I was passed around from lawyer to lawyer none of them new what they were doing. My emails went unanswered Or they claimed they were never received. Appointments were canceled voicemails were never returned and the lawyer if the apposing party claimed they were not in contact with my lawyer despite having been told the opposite. THEY ignored my wishes, refused to explain why my information, points and desires were unimportant, and they never explained the processes or what course we were gonna take. THEY DO NOT CARE, they only wanted my money I was severely overcharged, I spoke with them less than a dozen times, we never had a single court date they filed no paperwork, all of my issues remain unresolved yet they spent about 70% of my retainer and cannot produce a detailed invoice. They took advantage of me while I was vulnerable, I did everything they asked and today I remain married to an abuser who never spent a night in jail and without custody of my child. Hopefully filing a complaint with the NM Bar will be less painful.

The most awful and unprofessional and unprofessional collection of college graduates I have ever encountered. I was passed aroynd from lawyer to lawyer without bothering to tell me or pass on the game plan, each one was more difficult to get in contact with than the last. They lied to me took advantage of me, broke confidentiality on multiple occasions charged me ridiculous amount of money and I have nothing to show for it. They didnt care about me my family or my situation. They refused to follow the path I wanted to take and refused to explain why. I could write an essay about all the unprofessional stuff they did. Honestly I am shocked to see how many 5 stars they have

As a victim of the Calf Canyon/Hermits Peak Fire, we were very fortunate to be represented by Roybal-Mack & Cordova, PC. Their experience and dedication in settling our claim was above excellence. They preyed on my emotions. Passed me around from lawyer to lawyer. Took my money and did the bare minimum. I had to initiate the questions as to why things did not get done, or why haven't I received these documents. They were not proactive, more like go with the flow and see what happens. They did not prep me hearings/interviews. I always felt completely lost and like things were one sided, (and it did not feel like they were on my side). I wish I didn't go with this law firm it was a huge mistake and financial loss for me.

Very professional law firm! Staff were very attentive in answering questions I had and/or followed up with emails. Attorney Darren Cordova is an excellent Attorney that kept me informed on the case and remained steadfast against the opposing party. I would recommend this law firm to anyone needing domestic relations counsel.
