I had a terrible experience with this law firm. I even contacted one of the partners who was very kind to me but probably doesn't see the side of how his support staff treats his clients. I was in a rear end accident and had some questions and was directed to the support staff not the attorney. If you are looking for a friendly tone and someone who cares about your case, don't waste your time here. Unfortunately, I was in another accident which wasn't my fault, but I knew in good faith, I wasn't giving them this case. When I told the support staff, I wasn't happy and there was silence on the other end of the phone, it's time to move on and take my case to another firm along with my new case. My recommendation is to care about your job or find another one. Send copies of the letters your are sending out and cc clients so I can see progress on the case. Let you clients know they can be reimbursed for mileage. And show some empathy towards your clients. In my situation, I should be glad you treated me terribly because I found a top notch law firm with great service who actually cares about their clients.
