Not fond of the secretarial services which could turn many clients away. However, his work meets excellence, he is a big advocate and he is passionate about his work. I know of many families whose life's changed for the better because of the great services that he provides. Again the secretaries not so much. He used to work better when it was just him but I understand that as demand increases he needs help too. I wish the secretaries had the same passion for the community as he does.

Started my moms case on September of 2021 and very little progress has been made. More issues than anything. They do not answer emails, office says they will call you back but never do, and they lost very important paperwork. Mr.Velasco tried to make things right but ended up lying which wasted our time and money. It’s almost impossible to get into contact with the office to try and fix things.

Please do not go to him! He is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. He lacks the basic skills that any lawyer is required to have. He doesn’t return phone calls. Many of his clients go years without any progress in their citizenship, because he can’t not fill out simple paperwork. If you go to him be prepared to lose thousands of dollars with no progress in your citizenship! It seems he can respond to google reviews, but cannot process paperwork accordingly.

Very disappointing and unprofessional I payed him 7 thousand to help me become a citizen this was 2 years ago and yet I received a letter threw the mail that from immigration that they have not done nothing for 2 years and they where going to close my case because of lack of them doing there job. Save your money he will just take it and won't do his job. If you want proof that I am a client just message me and show you paper work and contract.
