My experience with Rush and Gransee was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure that my case was handled with care, fairness and quickly. I was on deferred for a 2nd degree felony drug charge and I picked up a new felony drug charge.  I was facing a motion to revoke probation “mtr” for the deferred and either time or another probation for the new case. Mr. Gransee filed various motions and was able to get the new charge dismissed and I was continued on Deferred Adjudication with out-patient treatment.  I was very pleased with the outcome and I definitely recommend Mr. Gransee to anyone else with serious felony drug charges. I have used Mr. Gransee for two different criminal cases. The first case was a family violence assault that he got dismissed and expunged, the second case was a DWI that was resolved in a manner that I am very happy considering the facts. I was always kept informed of what the plans were in handling my cases and he was very responsive to my concerns.
