I was in a panic and didn’t know what to do, what my rights were and what steps I needed to take next to protect myself. I called Matthew from a break at work but had to leave a message explaining my situation. I was upset and rambling and even mentioned on the voicemail that I didn’t have money for an attorney. When I hung up I thought “good job like he’s going to call you back now.” We’ll he did. In fact he called me back one more time leaving a message letting me know he was trying to reach out before he was leaving his office for the day. Thankfully I was able to contact him right as he was leaving his office and cared enough to listen to my entire situation, questioned me so he had a full grasp of what was going on and spent the time to walk me through what needed to happen next. Matthew didn’t have to put so much effort into getting back to me,especially when I left a message saying I couldn’t afford him. I’m truly thankful for his knowledge and compassion. When I can afford an attorney to represent me, it will be Matthew Rusnak.
