Tom Ryan with Ryan, LLP represented my daughter who was in a car accident in which the other driver was at fault. Two weeks after the accident, we received correspondence from lawyers representing the hospital stating that we were liable for payment of all charges. Two weeks after that, we received correspondence from the other drivers insurance who wanted us to sign a settlement prior to receiving all the hospital bills. In an effort to make sure we were not being taken advantage of and liable for hospital bills that should be paid by the insurance company, we sent the correspondence to Tom and he handled everything from there. He worked with the lawyers, both insurance companies and the hospital to make sure everything was paid by the responsible party. He ensured that my daughter was treated fairly and was compensated for the physical and emotional aspects which she endured after the accident. He was professional, extremely responsive and most importantly an advocate for my daughter. I highly recommend Tom Ryan should you need an injury attorney.
