Well wear to start!First of all on the initial intake of my case Mr. Rude didn’t want to meet with me because I had my two year old granddaughter with me. I was understanding of his explanation,not wanting to air adult stuff in front of a child. He then finished the intake process. I paid him $2,000 upfront. MrRude and newly divorced never did any paperwork for that $2,000. My husband’s lawyer Mr.Saunders did all paperwork except an extension filed that caused my husband to move back in the house, because Mr.Rude filed extension. I then had to negotiate the settlement myself with my husband. This man should take a rest from law until he straighten his own life out. I even called Mr Saunders and asked if I could get a refund of the fees to be paid to Mr Saunders. I can’t ;wish I could, oh and My husband knew he was divorced at 10 am this morning, I found out by looking at Mycase website, of course Mr .Rude couldn’t be bothered to even do that much! What a bum!!!! Oh the only reason he has a star is because it wouldn’t start review without hitting one or I would give him no stars!!!!Don’t let this guy do anything legal for you !!!! After seeing my post here Mr Sadler did reach out and apologize for his conduct and made the situation right with me. Sometimes even professional people have bad things happen and it makes doing your best impossible…. Forgiveness moves us forward. Godbless????

Did not come to court with me when I needed him. Because of it I ended up paying $1000.00 for my ex husbands lawyers fees and I paid David $1000.00 to represent me. I had no representation in court. My ex husbands makes over a hundred thousand in income a year and I make 18,000 in social security a year. Not a very good lawyer. If I could I would give home no stars.

This guy is honest and forthright. He did not charge us for a consultation and helped us with our issue. This guy is top notch! Thank you.
