Poor communication cost me thousands of dollars in my case due to miscommunication on there side. Was told I called too much when I was trying to inform/get information on my case. The major issue I had was I was told one thing by somebody then another by another person.
I was made to feel like a person and not just another case or claim.
If I could give them zero stars ?? I would poor communication skills and very hard to get in contact with attorney. Highly recommended using Mike Morse
