This has been a nightmare from day one. This woman Alyssa Eisner was referred by my best friend and has just taken me for a ride. She was hired to represent me for my divorce and has done nothing to help me. All she cares about is her ego and dragging matters out to extort as much money as possible from her clients,. I have a court date right after 4th of July weekend and she has just abandoned me right before my court appearance. I paid her a large retainer just a few weeks ago and she is asking me for an additional 10k and we have never even seen a courtroom. She is rude and extremely arrogant. I am left with no representation and no more money days before my appearance. My only hope is to call the bar association and ask for help and at the very least file a complaint. I lost all my Money with this firm and am still at square one. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FIRM THEY ARE INHUMANE VULTURES!!! I am worried about losing my child and she is using my emotions against me and refuses to show up in court After I’ve already paid her thousands. She charged me hundreds of dollars for any email or communication. I am left praying to god for help at this point as she has left me broke and alone with no representation!! She lacks moral compass and shows a complete lack of empathy!!
Don’t be fooled by the reviews left by the friends of Alyssa. She took 8000 from me and never filed anything in court. One day I hope you lose everything.
I had a great experience working with Alyssa. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to make sure any case she works on is attended to properly. I would definitely recommend her!
Alyssa Eisner is sharp, fully dedicated, and extremely well respected by her peers. You can tell that she commands respect simply by her presence in the courtroom. There is a natural draw of attention on her. If you need representation on divorce, please trust her. I had a difficult one that we knew would blow up but blew up so horribly it was surreal. And I owe Alyssa unspeakable gratitude.
