When I called about my case, I wasn’t sure there was anything they could do.There were existing complications. Mr. Andalman took my case seriously and immediately started working on it. I received weekly updates which helped me to deal with this part of my life. 700 pages and a lot of patience later, I won my case. I truly believe Mr. Andalman and his staff were very professional during this entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his staff.
Nelson Garcia was fantastic. He helped guide me the entire case, and we won every court hearing. I was able to get more than I planned. Nelson was very responsive and caring about my situation. I 100% recommend him!
Mary Ellen Flynn has been my attorney since 2011. From the moment I met Mary Ellen I knew we would get along and I knew she was the attorney I needed. She is experienced, very well known in and out of the court room and most importantly knows how to get things done proficiently and in a timely manner. Mary Ellen handled my divorce from start to finish and did an incredible job. I’m very pleased with her work. I was able to see her execute her skills in the courtroom as well. She did an amazing job, was well prepared for my case and took her confidence and her knowledge into the courtroom. Mary Ellen also made sure that I was well prepared to testify which I thought was very smart, thoughtful and helpful.
I have worked with Attorney Nelson Garcia for about a year regarding a child custody/visitation matter. I first retained him at the start of the pandemic (March 2020) as the courts were starting to shut down. This delayed things quite a bit however, he was still very responsive and able to navigate the system despite the closures. He kept me abreast of everything either via email or phone conversations. He even worked around my schedule and I was able to communicate with him many evenings. He was always very responsive even on weekends, especially leading up to the trial dates or for other important deadlines. I worked with his colleague Attorney Olivia Temmel for the scheduling hearing. She was very responsive as well and helped me prep for the Zoom hearing. I really appreciate everything from both attorneys, especially Attorney Garcia. I know for sure that I would not have been able to finalize things and move on to the next chapter in my life without him. I highly recommend Attorney Garcia and Attorney Temmel, they were very professional and made such a stressful situation much easier to tolerate. I am glad my case is over and while I hope that I will never need them again, if needed, I would certainly reach out without hesitation.
I became aware of Andalman and Flynn through a free Wills & Trusts workshop at my church that Mary Ellen did. She went through the complex web of Power of attorney, Advance Medical Health Care Directive, Living Wills, Probate, Trusts and Wills. I quickly realized that I needed to protect my estate for my children and have my papers in order for the inevitable. Both my mother and I went to Mary Ellen and had our Wills, Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Healthcare Directive. It was because of this preparation that made it possible for me to get through my mother's demise because I knew exactly what she wanted, and how she wanted everything to settle. Fast forward three years later: Mary Ellen Flynn represented my mother's estate in a highly contested case. Despite her husband of 13 years signing a pre-nup and an anti-nup he sued my mother's estate for her property. To add insult to injury, my mom let him stay in the house with no mortgage as long as he maintained it via a Life Deed Estate. Many days Mary Ellen had to talk me down off a cliff and her advice was always spot on. Her negotiating, drafting of pleadings and eventually getting to an agreement were excellent. It is ashame that when people die, others can get ugly and try to do harm. I am so glad my mom and I were prepared legally. This preparation put me in a position of power . We eventually prevailed in court and my family was able to keep our inheritance. I never would have thought something like this would happen to me, but it did. I strongly suggest that you protect your estate, loved ones and have your papers in order. I have referred friends and family to Mary Ellen Flynn for wills and divorce and they have all thanked me and had a great experience working with her. Thank you Mary Ellen for all the hard work you, and your team, did for me and my girls. I know my mom is smiling down on you for relentlessly fighting for what was rightfully ours.
