I hired Alberto to represent me for a criminal case, and he surpassed my expectations. The way I found him and his law firm was through a lawyer friend of mine who sought out through his network and it came back nearly unanimously that he would be the best criminal lawyer. If I had to really point out two incredible features of Alberto it would be this: 1 - PROFESSIONALLY PERSONAL - I never felt like I was merely a business transaction to him. He almost always returned my texts, emails, or calls in a very timely manner, and he didn't try to nickle and dime me. That really helps build a relationship of trust. 2 - COURT ROOM IQ - What really impressed me beyond words was his presence in the court room. He is able to remarkably read the room and identify what his next move should be. I was truly amazed at how good he was despite what I felt was a biased judged. I highly recommend Alberto and his law firm. I write this review on my own free will as I think it is important to recognize greatness and give credit where credit is due. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Front desk lady was the only friendly person there. One of their lawyers, Erin Bayles, worked as a notary of a transaction that I've done with them and was very unwelcome and displayed a bully attitude. Went through a 30 min notary process at the front desk and this lawyer tried to rush me to sign paperwork without the other party being present. I did not feel safe and had to remind her of the notary procedure which made her feel uncomfortable as she noticed that I was very knowledgeable and prepared. She had to reprint paperwork as there were mistakes that I cought. I don't understand why we couldn't go to an office room; very unprofessional. The notary process took place in the front desk instead. Very unorganized lawyer/notary. There were bugs on the windows and ants as well Infront of the front desk. Sticky floor at the entrance. Place was very unsanitary. Worst experience in a legal office that I've encountered. On the bright side, there is a lot of parking available in a such a small building size place.
