For a bill collections company I have no complaints at this time. As long as you keep paying they do not hassle. If you are running a few days late they will call you ask you when you are paying and send you on your way politely. Just don't go past 30 days!!!

Absolutely horrible they are ambulance-chasing lawyers will take full advantage of anybody anytime they can covid or no covid they will scam you anyway they can. And if you think I'm just being salty please read their other reviews that's how I was awoke to this pattern that these lawyers do. And it's not all lawyers but this Farm in particular is absolutely crooked it absolutely shysters

I have been making payments for almost two years. I always pay over the phone with no fee. This month when I went to pay there is now a $5 fee that's a lot for a Fee. I already have a hard time making my payments. They do not offer a free way to pay except in person. I live hours away from them so in person payments are not an option. This just makes things harder for people barely getting by.

The collection agency for this company is awesome. They work with you if u call ahead of time or on the due date. The customer service ladies are always ????????
