Would give 0 stars if possible. They are currently in the process of stealing $16k from me. I purchased a property from them at auction, their contract makes it literally and legally impossible to complete. They sell foreclosed properties without getting the defaulting owners out, the law doesn't allow someone who is not the owner to start an eviction. Without an eviction It's also impossible to get an appraisal bc the people are still in the home, and without the appraisal their is no mortgage. Absolute crooks, do not do business with them. They would always give me the run around! And foreclosed and sold my house.!!! And then tried to only give us 2 weeks to get out!!! They are crooks and dont know how to run a business!
