So far all in office employees are so friendly and helpful... My previous lawyer couldn't help me and waisted almost 2months of my case... But after hiring Mr. Sanchez he committed and made me feel like I was getting somewhere... So far he has gone above to provide what he promises... Thank you sir... And staff... ????

After yrs of taking tickets to this firm I get slapped in the face for them not following up with me! I never got anything stating I had to pay a less charge. Now I have to pay more for a ticket to which they should have communicate that to me. Im being told It’s my JOB to follow up. YOU ARE THE LAWYER your job to follow up with your clients. Not mine. Granted I got the ticket but I’m sure nothing will get fine from here in your office’s end to help

Wasn't notified about anything at all wasn't told about having to take a defensive driver course no communication at all I had no idea I even had court until I had gotten a letter from the court asking why I didn't complete the defensive driver class or pay the fine and court costs

Do not bring your tickets to them, I wasn’t notified on anything so I had to show up to court and not only do I have to do the defensive driving course… I have to do community service …. Never again I do not recommend ????????????????????

Where is the minus 5 start for this unprofessional attorney and the staff.?? horrible service, they don't even send you letters of what's going on, they don't care about the courts, the lady just told me ohhhh we couldn't help you Sr I'm sorry you have to pay court fees and everything else.. The citation was back in 2021 and after calling them and visiting them a billion times that was her answer, when all this time their system was updating...
