Sands Anderson has provided excellent guidance and assistance in a myriad of different needs - from representing our company when suing a deadbeat customer to contract creation, from providing a complete review of our policy and procedures to providing a complete handbook revision as well as HIPAA training. After months of review and changes, wee thought we had a thorough and updated employee handbook. However, after having the document reviewed by Sands Anderson, we found out just how inadequate it was. Now we have the confidence knowing that we have a handbook that is up to date with current law and best practices. Definitely would use them again. One thing to understand with respect to all lawyers and usually consulting firms if you are paying them by the hour. Every phone call, email dialogue, etc, will be charge the applicable amount of time (1/10th, .5, ect). This is NOT a negative comment, just the reality of the business.
This is the lawyer for mecklenburg county va school board and they are crooks. They never listen to the parents about the bullying going on at BSM and never call you back when there is an issue the Paul Nichols can't handle nor ever addresses. This law firm is as useless as the school board it represents.
