I am very grateful to David Jones and the team at Santiago & Jones for most satisfying results at the end of my case involving California employment and labor laws. Mr. Jones’ adept knowledge and understanding of the labor laws led to a dramatically expedited and successful end to a case that, from all indications, was destined to be lengthy, contentious, and forced into a court trial by the other side. Instead, the clarity of Mr. Jones’ legal arguments to the defendants led to the more sensible option of mediation. The result of that mediation benefited me greatly, in both time and settlement award. In addition, both David Jones and Alex Vo, an Associate in the firm who worked with me regularly on evidence and preparation, are two of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet. I found Santiago & Jones through AVVO and despite the far drive from my home (60 miles in LA traffic) I would highly recommend them and gladly commute hours for their assistance again if I ever needed it. They were the first firm that actually listened and asked questions about my case to develop a unique strategy for me. Other law firms said they would provide me with a free consultation and would call me back to schedule an appointment but never followed through with it. I became a client of Santiago & Jones a few years back after many, many other "high profile" firms passed on my case because it was against a "BIG Fish," they would not even listen to information/data I had in my favor.
