Excellent office, very professional. Super responsive to my questions and helpful though-out the buying process. Melinda French is amazing as well! Christian explained everything about my mortgage in a detailed an caring way. I appreciate people who are passionate about what they do and don’t mind taking the time to really explain things. This was my first time buying and I left very well informed & happy. Would definitely recommend.

BEWARE-If I could give zero stars I would. Dealing with this law office has been a complete nightmare. Zero communication for months. I have had to call numerous times for updates on the sale of my house, had to move the closing date multiple times, resign paperwork that they “didn’t know they had to file” even though I had already signed it-they claim I never did. When I would call for updates I was told they couldn’t give me any information, pressured me into a closing date that was only days away, only for them to claim they never said we could close. I have had to miss work to ensure I did everything needed based on their timeline that didn’t even exist. There is no way these other reviews are legit from the experience I have had. Speaking to other people that have dealt with this law office, it seems that this is the norm. I wish I had known this prior to agreeing to use their services because there are other issues I didn’t even mention in this review.

I recently used Christian Sarantopoulos for a real estate closing. This was not an easy process with lots of issues in the end. Christian and his team were exactly what I needed, and represented me the way I would have hoped. I didn't even need to ask them to do anything, they had already handled it in the manner I would have wanted it to be handled. They went to bat for me, over and above what they needed to do. I am extremely appreciative for all of their efforts, and very happy with their abilities to achieve the successful outcome we did. All of the interactions and communications were top notch, friendly, never stuffy and timely. I can't thank you all enough! Highly Recommend!!
