He personally returned my call and patiently listened to my cumbersome explanation of our situation. Mr. Sartini carefully answered my questions with appropriate detail and supporting legal information. He was really good about speaking clearly and explaining things about which I wasn't familiar without implying I was not smart enough to get what he was saying.
