Avoid like the plague. You are better off working extra and finding another group to support your house closing. Michelle and Jason are crooks. Their sloppy work has cost me hundreds in fines from the county because they did not follow up and do their job. They also have gone completely unresponsive to calls and emails from both myself and the county. They are continuously insulting and unprofessional.
