Wayne was hired for his services as a Parenting Coordinator and in the first meeting he lost his temper and berated me in the meeting. I found him to be highly unethical as he lied about a clause in my ex’s signed P/C agreement.

Our initial consultation in itself was very relaxed, he listened to my legal issues, asked the right questions, I never felt rushed, and offered transparency. I had a poor experience with a particular lawyer at this firm who has now left and I am no longer working with her. However, I did have a very positive experience with Wise Scheible Barkauskas as a firm overall and very good dealings with legal assistant Billie Miller who was always very helpful and quick to respond which makes a big difference in feeling like a cared for client.

We have had the privilege of using Wise Scheible Barkauskas for several applications. Having spent most of our time working with Tyler Fric we cannot recommend Tyler and this firm enthusiastically enough. Tyler's skill, knowledge of the law, efficiency and commitment to excellence exceed anything you can reasonably expect to find at any other firm. Regrettably we had the great misfortune of having to deal with a vexatious self-represented litigant. Over six years Tyler handily won every case. He tried first of all to bring every proceeding to an equitable conclusion to avoid litigation. However, when reason would not prevail and litigation was necessary we could have had no one better represent us. The opposing party took matters as far as the Supreme Court of Canada and Tyler was able to secure a victory even there, having filed a brilliant and crushing memorandum that stopped the litigation in its tracks. It was so effective, in fact, that Tyler secured us an extremely rare award from the Court that granted us full indemnification of our costs. If you need competent, honest, straightforward legal representation I cannot overstate the extraordinary excellence of this firm and its associates. I can confidently say that anyone on the other side would be foolish not to want to come to an equitable resolution of the matters they seek to address before they ever get to court. The associates here, however, try to ensure that never has to happen and instead try first to negotiate the fairest and most cost-effective resolution possible.

The divorce case was filed a few years back with this firm, and now reaching out to them regarding an urgent matter related to the file...they are saying they've closed the case and are busy so not taking new client. ARE YOU SERIOUS? What kind of retentive customer service is this? They are recommending another firm and will have to pay a file transfer fee...and they can't tell how long it will take them to do the transfer. This is the biggest slap in the face. For anyone who wants their face slapped, go ahead and use this firm.
