Words can not begin to express my appreciation of Troy and Josh. They were both very helpful through the whole process. The compassion they showed myself and my family will forever be appreciated and never forgotten. They fought their hardest for us and helped us more than they know. They always answered my questions no matter what time of the day. They are very easy to talk to and very understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal help. When we first thought about hiring a lawyer the thought was overwhelming and we were afraid of the common stereo types that lawyers usually have but shortly after speaking with Troy I felt at ease. I waited a little over 2 weeks for them to return my initial call. I then called again and she apologized and said they were just super busy. That's fine but call me and tell me that. Then she set me up for a phone consultation with Troy and I waited a week. An hour before the appointed time, she calls to cancel and says he's too busy and wants to refer me to some one in Belleville who is much much further away for me. It's truly been like 4 weeks on this firm altogether that I've invested MY time for nothing and I had told her that I was in a time crunch with my case! I can understand them evaluating my case/info I gave her over the phone and thinking it's not what we want to do because we're slammed, but don't sit on it, get back to the person!! Very unprofessional.

Easy location right in Edwardsville. Attorneys are all really good at what they do in getting what their clients deserve! They are patient and make sure you understand exactly what is happening through your entire process.

Adam Bragee, one of the attorneys at Walton Telkin, recently helped me and my daughter in a vehicle accident / personal injury claim. His office was fantastic about keeping me informed and walking is through the entire process. His attention to detail and compassion made what could have been a long and arduous process relatively quick and positive.
