Mr. Schultz was very helpful with my very complicated will and set up a power of attorney as well as a living will for me. He was very efficient and reasonable. He sometimes comes off kind of brusque and it can seem rude, but I wanted a good, ethical and knowledgeable lawyer. I wasn't looking for a friend. I would recommend him, and have, to friends and family.
David J. Schultz legal expertise shines brightly, illuminating even the most intricate cases. Attorney Schultz's contributions to the field of law do not go unnoticed, and your clients are undoubtedly fortunate to have you in their corner. Keep up the remarkable work – you are making a significant difference!
I needed to find someone because I was being sued in small claims court and was very stressed out. I was given two attorney names and when I called one couldn’t do it because he was becoming a Judge and wasn’t taking on any new clients and the other one was from Milwaukee and suggested I find someone closer. When I called Mr Schultz he talked on the phone with me and I immediately felt relieved. He was intelligent, quick, and smart. He told me where I could find the statutes to help myself. He assisted me with my paperwork, and because he did I was able to see how to correctly fill it out. Prior to this I felt like a deer in the headlights because of what was happening. Because of Mr Schulz’s assistance I received confidence and was able to focus on what I needed to do that allowed me to have the case dismissed in my favor. I would highly recommend him to others searching for legal advice and help.
This man is extremely unprofessional and verbally abusive. He has absolutely no empathy for struggling single mothers who are living paycheck to paycheck.
Mr. Schultz handled my very complicated and drawn out divorce in 2010 (yeah, I know this is a late review) and he was very organized and prepared and I think it played a large role in the outcome of the judge's final decision in the settlement. I trust his work.
