Their process server came to my house to serve some legal documents and in their process of leaving they ran over the tip of my shoe thank goodness they didn't run over my foot. 911 was called and a police report was filed. Attempting to get a hold of these people to get the name of the individual so the Police can talk to them to see why they did what they did they refused to give me the necessary information. These people harbor fugitives shielding them from facing Justice. Thank goodness I was not injured but there was kids playing near the roadway by my home. One of those kids could have been struck and killed with their reckless driving.

In November 2021. I was received summons or something by this shady company! I already spoke to them about the amount their charges were not even close. I went down to court and requested a Judge to review and four years later never heard from court. Due to Covid . I called them many about court date. This is ridiculous. I had a stroke and lost my job after being diagnosed under disability! This law firm place a on my credit now they send letters. Texas Attorney General’s should do something about them.

Made some dumb decisions involving a credit card, didn't pay it, and the debt got sent to them. Decided to finally be an adult and own up for my mistakes. Contacted them and they agreed on a repayment plan for a lower amount than what I initially owed without too much haggling. Just wish you guys would send a confirmation email when payments are made so I don't have to watch my account like a hawk and make sure the money got taken out. Overall agreeable and nice, helpful people on the phones.
