Reviews

Every time I have met with Scott or anyone in his office it has been a great experience. I have read the other reviews and feel like the authors may not have wanted to follow legal advice or were not prepared to complete the process the correct way. Scott has always gone out of his way to be helpful and treated me with respect. No attorney can change the law.

I thought he did a good job. All you have to do is make sure you get all of your paperwork in and he makes your stuff happen for you. I don't understand the bad reviews on here. He does a good job and his receptionist was really nice and personable.

My experience so far has been horrible. I set up a consultation via text since the online form would not work. Went to our appointment only to find out that the address is no longer where they are at. Tried to call the office since it was supposed to still be open, it was only 4:30 pm and no one answered the phone nor did they answer my text message asking if the address I was at was correct. Going to meet a bankruptcy attorney is not an easy situation to be in and then to feel like they don't even care about their clients or potential clients by not answering phone calls or texts is shameful. If you don't want to do business with people then get out of the business you put yourself in. Don't waste your time on this attorney, he won't even answer his phone calls.

This is the worst law firm I have ever been associated with. He offers great deals $0 down, etc. but you get $0 correctly done. You will still have to pay him, so thousands of dollars later there is still nothing done correctly. You should pay the $500 down (same price in the long run ) and get a firm who will get your case done correctly. Also, anything Blotter does after the initial bankruptcy petition will cost you a lot of money. Most likely it was his error in the first place, but you are the debtor, so to fix his mistakes will be your problem. By the way, his contract is worthless because he does not honor it. His entire 2014 staff is gone - that you should tell you something.
