Scott Youngblood, Cpa Atty At LAW

So very disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of care from the office of Scott Youngblood. I scheduled an appointment with him over two months ago. At the time I clearly stated that I need his expertise in filling out one form for my income tax. I also told the person I spoke with that I do my own taxes and just needed some advice on a form I've never done before. The woman told me it would be a $100.00 consultation fee to which I agreed. On January 18th, I received a call to confirm the appointment and review what I needed. Again, I told the woman that I do my own taxes and just needed direction/advice on filling out one form that is new to me. So my appointment was for January 25 at 11:00 am. At 4:58 on January 24, I received a call from the office of Scott Youngblood to confirm my appointment for the following day and to review what I needed. The woman (maybe her name was Lisa?) asked if I wanted him to do my taxes. No, I do them myself. I just need a little help with one form (for the third time). However, this time she told me that he does not do that. You couldn't have told me this the first time I called two months ago??? She kept saying, "I'm sorry. We don't do that." Well, that's absolutely no help to me. And if your people forgot to put it in the notes, that's on you. I find fault with the work ethic in this office. Does whoever man the phone not know what Mr. Youngblood does and doesn't do? There was no attempt to make this right. I never got to see or speak with Scott Youngblood. Now, I thought I would be wrapping something up today and I have not made any progress on my problem. All I needed was probably 15 minutes of his time and expertise for $100. That's not bad money for $100. I wish I could have made $400/hour but teaching your children does not pay that well. I would not recommend this business as I was not given the correct information and my appointment was scratched at the last minute by the business.

I do not like giving bad reviews but If I could give a zero I would! I was referred by a very dear friend that highly recommended Scott’s company. Since October 2022, they have had my information. We are now June 1st 2023!!! Now 7 months later, my taxes are still not completed! I have emailed several times with no response. Upon the consultation, I explained to them it was imperative I have this done as soon as possible as these documents were needed for a court date coming up. My lawyer has reset my court date several times from the delay in my taxes. I finally was so upset today, I called and stated I would be there to pick up my paperwork. With no questions asked, it was a simple.. ok!! I am furious as no cares from them to what I have gone through and have patiently waited!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the folks at Scott Youngblood CPA. They take care of my business and personal taxes. They really know how to take care of you. With all the new tax laws, it can be overwhelming. They do an excellent job of explaining and presenting options that you can choose from and feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help in anyway the can. I would highly recommend to anybody who needs help with their tax needs.

Scott and his firm are great! They are very professional and knowledgeable. They have done my personal as well as my business taxes for over 10 years. Highly recommend them for all your tax needs.

I have used Scott for about 10 years or so now and have had just a wonderful experience. We have referred him to numerous friends and family that all use his services now as well. He is extremely knowledgeable in personal, business owner, and farm and ranch taxes which is perfect for my taxes.
