Steadily made payments with them for over 2 years. Our bank accounts declined to payments, we had just switched accounts and were having issues with them canceling payments for no funds when there were funds, and sent them back. They focused on the two returned payments and garnished our entire bank account and refused to do anything. They said they could refund/return it but they wouldn't. I'm not sure how anyone who works here can sleep at night or go home to their families knowing that they refused to help work out a better solution for a family who has CONSISTENTLY made payments for our two years. I'm not sure how they can go home to their families and sleep well at night knowing that they could help but refuse to. I hope they find a way to be better human beings someday and do better next time.

Can you give 0 stars to this business? Communication is awful , they are crooked as they come . Never served me with garnishment papers on my bank accounts! Ended up garnishing my wages and my bank accounts . Over pulled by hundreds. This company is awful ! Stay far away!

For some reason no bank will cash the refund check sent. Very shady company. Looks like I'm going to have to drive to Oklahoma to get my money. It's a 6 hour drive. I hope they are ready.

I have 2 judgements against me I was never served with, 1 with a garnishment and 1 without. For over a year they have been taking 25% of my income crippling me financially. I spoke to them on the phone and they advised I had paid one of the debts off, even so much as sending refund checks saying it was paid. Now they are telling me that they applied the payments to the wrong account and the account bearing interest is the one I still owe on but I can set up payment arrangements for that one EVEN THOUGH they are taking 25% of my income right now. Horrible, rude, crooked people.

never thought i would leave a review on a collection agency but here we are!! it’s never fun having to pay anybody money but this crew really make it easy. i mean i made a few mistakes and they helped me out a lot. their communication is really nice and i never have an issue with bruce or anyone. i’m 25 and don’t know a lot especially when it comes to debt lol but they really take their time and are very helpful. i wish all debt places could be that nice/cool!!!
