God is first and foremost! His spirit is in this place. Loving atmosphere, beautiful worship service.
Senior Law Center NEVER answers their telephone?! Over the past week, I've left four messages and sent four emails. One time I got a callback, but couldn't get to my phone in time. When I dialed the number back, it wouldn't accept my call?! I'm a Senior Citizen, retired & on a fixed income. I'm having issues with my Landlord and need legal assistance. I've given up on trying to seek help from the Senior Law Center. If you need help, try another Agency, as this one is useless. I've already reported their 'non-response' to my State Representative's Office.
My father contacted seniorlaw center to update his will. The family never saw the updated will. After his death, we were told by the seniorlaw center that my father didn't have any children. Once I proved that I was his son, the seniorlaw center said that my father called them two years later and changed his mind from family to a white charity. My father never changed his mind,if he did, it was by UNDO INFLUENCE. That is illegal. But they are lawyers, they hide behind the law. It cost a lot to fight them. This has been a 8 year battle. My father died 2014.
Looks like Janine had to change her name to run and hide from her horrible past. She used to be called Janine momasso. Janine is very poor at responding to request for information. She may be overwhelmed but that should not reflect on her clients by lack of responsiveness. Customers are paying for her service and should be treated equally and timely. I wasted $4,000.00 for nothing and I had to re-write most of the documents for my divorce she sent over. She filed an error to the courts and never fixed it. I wound up paying more money for another lawyer to FIX the mess she put me in. Save your money by finding another lawyer. Be warned!
I am writing to complain about Project Director Janine Dunlap Kiah, Esq. Immediately prior to working at the SeniorLaw Center, Janine Dunlap Kiah went by the name Janine D. Momasso, Esq, and worked as a solo practitioner in private practice. I hired her for a family law matter, and paid her a retainer. What little Janine did in my case she mishandled, caused irreparable harm and cost me a bundle. I had to bring in another lawyer to partly clean up the mess she made. Also, she and her staff were unresponsive whenever I called. Janine agreed to refund most of the money I paid her, but then strung me along and never refunded me a cent. I was not the only client who had terrible experiences with her. Janine received 5 Google reviews, and all were 1 star, complaining about her incompetence, unresponsiveness and lack of integrity. In addition, Janine also received multiple 1 star reviews from clients with similar complaints whom she represented when she was previously employed by a law firm in northeast Philadelphia. Under the circumstances, I can not understand why Karen C. Buck, Executive Director of the SeniorLaw Center, would hire Janine Dunlap Kiah, particularly for a position of such responsibility. I have to question Karen C. Buck’s managerial skills, given this poor hiring decision, and also given the numerous 1 star Google reviews that the SeniorLaw Center has received. I believe that Karen C. Buck should reconsider her hire of Janine Dunlap Kiah, particularly in light of this information. Otherwise, I think that the Board of Directors of the SeniorLaw Center should reconsider Karen C. Buck’s position of Executive Director, and would also urge potential donors not to contribute to an organization so shoddy as the SeniorLaw Center.
