I called and emailed tons of Attorneys looking for someone to take our case or lead us in any type of direction. I was told by so many secretaries I would be call back, they would call me in a few days, some even stated they would email me etc.. (I get it Attorneys are busy people) When I came across Sermons Law Firm, I did the same as I did with the other Attorneys -I read the reviews however I was burnt out with calling and this was the last office I was calling. Once I called I expected the worse ! A gentle answered the phone and I said my name and I explained I wanted to get an appointment to speak with Mr. Serman about my case. I also stated I just emailed the office my contact info - ( I rushed and said that so I would not have to repeat my self) lol To my suprise Mr. Sermons answered the phone ! He said his secretary was on the other line helping another client and the phone started to ring so he stopped what he was doing and answered it . ( that spoke voulmes to me) he could have just let the phone rang or the answering service get! Mr. Sermons took our case and he was very Professional, Informative , Hardworking, Determined and even Educating us on certain case law and explaing the whys & why nots. We never had to call to find out an update or whats happen next! This is the type of Law Firm and individual I want to handel any situation when an Attorney is need! We are so Thankful and appreciative to have worked with such a Great Team that gets the job done!
