Horrible! I paid my debt off in total and they are still mailing me and refusing to talk to me! They are sending letters saying I still owe them the money I paid plus interest now. I even talked to their rent-a lawyer at a courthouse when I was trying to talk to someone and he even acknowledged I had paid the bill! He said he would fax over that info to this company. So why did I just get a new letter from them stating I owe even more??? These people are vultures. When a debt is paid in total that should be the end of it!!! This was paid 2 years ago! 2 flippin years ago! Are kidding me???? I feel so harassed and I can’t even get ahold of someone to prove I’ve paid them! Where did my money go? I certainly don’t have it, it was taken out of my bank account!

This company have a plus advantage of having an office in Durham, North Carolina. There is nobody in the office most days of the week to call and get updates on your account or to speak to anyone. I gathered these lawyers probably started this company as collections with lawyer power. They do work like a collections company but have lawyer power to send cops to your house with civil summons papers for slow pay or no payment at all. Don't fret, the cops are just sent to scare/threat you into paying these lawyers. Just pay when you can. No worries.

Bunch of crooks. After several years of paying on a monthly payment plan I mailed a final balance check to them for a couple thousand dollars. Them crooks held the check for weeks to add more interest to the final payment, then send me a summons for the .47 in interest that I apparently still owed. Hope someone shuts them down.

These people are frauds go to the bar grievance online and submit a fraud complaint against these crooks. Also what is a debt note? What is kegsl money becsuse there has not been any since 1933. Another fraud they are committing upon every customer. Frauds frauds frauds. These communists which they really per the bar treaty act of 1947 all these frauds Mitchell and all his associates deserve to be hung and executed for crimes against humanity.

If I could give zero star's I would. We have been calling for a week now. We leave messages and send emails. No response for either. I'm not sure how they stay in business. When the operator does pick up which isn't often, she transfers to you. And then nobody answers again. Tried to tell her that but she said they will call you. We just wanted to pay our bill. I'm not sure how you're supposed to do that if nobody returns calls. Horrible Horrible business.
