Daniel Setareh is a great attorney, he had previously helped my husband when he had been hit in a car accident and now when I got hit by a RV we had no hesitation to call him again. Setareh Law was recommended to me after I was involved in an a car accident in which I was rear ended on the 10 west Santa Monica Freeway in West Los Angeles. When I arrived at their location I was met by one of the ladies that work at the law firm and guided up the elevator to their office. I was basically stuck in Los Angeles without a car, 30 miles from home, and wasn't being taken care of by my insurance company as I thought I would be. I was introduced to Daniel Setareh and we spent an hour talking about what happened. He asked several questions and when we finished I felt a lot more at ease about everything. Then I was introduced to Sergio Cortez and he called my insurance company and when we spoke this time, everything went really well. He got the rental car approval immediately and explained to me what I needed to do about seeing a doctor and how our communication would be handled. I am pleased with the way my case was handled and Sergio Cortez and I had excellent communication and were able to accomplish everything required while Setareh Law handled my car accident lawsuit. I had mixed feelings about my experience with this lawyer after my car accident. Initially, they provided prompt medical connections and secured a quick settlement, even fighting for additional compensation from my insurance for future expenses. However, I encountered a major issue when I received a breakdown of the settlement and discovered it was $10k less than expected. When I questioned this, they apologized, explaining that past payments were included in the total. I specifically asked during the call if the number only included our insurance and was told yes, but now they claim it includes everything. My advice is to avoid accepting offers through your case manager and insist on speaking directly with the lawyer to avoid such discrepancies.

I would definitely recommend they have went above and beyond what they were supposed to. Throughout the experience they were very helpful answering questions anytime whenever I needed it. Most compassionate people. I appreciated every second I was able to collaborate and receive help.
