Let me just say I called on this afternoon around 1:10 PM and the lady who answers the phone was extremely rude. She would not give me any contact information for my closing agent and proceeded to talk through me and put me on hold as soon as I started to speak. When I was finally transferred to my title agent, I expressed my awful experience with the lady who answers the phone and my title agent was more than happy to provide me her information to avoid fighting with the lady who answers the phone. Why would you get a job answering your phones if it clearly makes you miserable and you’re terrible at it??? Def should find a job flipping burgers where you speak to no one !!!!!

This company has refused to VALIDATE a collection that they have had on my credit report for years now. This brought my score down, they can't tell me anything about it, who the patient was, where the service was provided. And when I sent them the insurance information to bill Insurance, they refused hoping I would pay the entire bill. I sent a settlement check in just to get this closed and off the credit report, they sent a snob letter stating they are holding onto the check and waiting for the rest of the payment. On the memo area, terms were this was payment in final of account. The have not been able to validate the services provided and do not comply with the Validation laws. I was able to get this off my credit report. So then THEY ENTERED IT AGAIN WITH A NEW CURRENT YEAR DATE so it looks like a brand new account. I thought this was against the law. Medicaid paid the bill, this is the balance that the hospital is to right off, instead they are coming after a sick mommy for the rest of the payment. Again, I believe this is against the law. I have asked for the audit of the account and they have not compiled. This company is very shady, they are affecting my credit score as I am trying to get my boys into Section 8 housing as I have heart problems and can't work anymore. This company is one of the shadiest they come. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Dont bother calling back or even trying to get a collection settled. They record everything and all they want to do is argue. Better off figuring our another way to get it removed or just eating it. Check them out on the BBB and all the complaints. How they are not be investigated is beyond me.

Damage your credit without calling you regarding the debt....

Cannot validate! sent them letters. They appear to be old disgruntled fellows just sitting in an office waiting for the next victim. Don't even bother. Grossly inefficient..
