I hired Mr. Joe Cherniske to help defend me in a first only Aggravated DUI. Joe was quite thorough in explaining to me in detail what the potential outcome could be and how it would likely play out. Joe and his Legal Assistant, Heather, were very good at communicating to me what documents they required from me and were very open to any questions I had in the process. Fortunately for me Joe, in consulting with the prosecuting attorney , was able to get me a reduced charge.; which brought me a big relief as this incident was an anomaly. Joe appeared to the hearing with me and explained all the documents as part of the case, as well as how the hearing would likely play out. This place was a joke, I got divorced in 2016 and used this firm. It cost me almost 20000 for nothing in the end. We had no assets together just 2 children. I got nothing but debt from this firm. I'm pretty sure my lawyer was a brand new one at the time. I would never recommend this firm.
