We were disappointed with Dan Hollis representation in our business sale. Key protections, such as securing a business deposit and including penalties for delayed payment, were overlooked, leading to unnecessary delays and complications. Additionally, throughout the process, we repeatedly asked specific questions and were led to believe certain protections applied, only to be told at the end that they did not. This lack of clear communication and guidance was frustrating and unprofessional. We do not recommend this attorney for business transactions.
Moira was instrumental in reworking our Will and setting up our estate planning. She took the time to have in-depth conversations with us and answered all of our questions. She added incredible value by looking at multiple scenarios that could have an unforeseen consequences on my business and our family if we had not known them. Her firm did a thorough job on preparing all the proper documents and we feel absolutely secure now. It was probably one of the best things we have ever done for our future.
