If I could give less than one star I would. Very very rarely were any phone calls or emails answered. You are left to do all the work yourself. The thing they push the hardest on is the collection of their fee, of which he will put his son Dan Shapiro on the phone with you treating you more like he is a collection agency then your attorney's office. You'll be able to read my next review with the Better Business Bureau

I have been a client of Shapiro Shapiro & Shapiro for some years now. The Shapiro Team has always been kind and most definitely concerned of my well being and has worked and still is working hard for me. I Thank You All for your hard work and dedication. Consultation was horrible. Alan Sharpiro quickly dismissed me because he felt as though my case wouldn’t bring in a large amount of money so therefore according to him it wasn’t worth his time. He didn’t even have all of the facts before he made a crass decision. This firm apparently does not have its clients best interest at heart. Also what rubbed me the wrong way was him insinuating that I couldn’t afford his $5,000 fee. If I could rate this firm zero stars for lack of empathy I would.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Communication is absolutely horrible, there was no effort in trying to win my case and I only spoke with assistants from time to time. I ended up losing my case as a result. This was a complete waste of time. Luckily I didn’t have to pay anything up front. This was the worst representation I’ve ever received.

They are overburdened and you will certainly be under-served! They don’t respond to emails or return phone calls! I even had a telephone appointment with Jeffrey Shapiro, which he stood me up on costing me hours on my job. One of their partners, Darlene McCoy, even had the gall to tell me I have no idea how many clients they have!?!? As if to convey you are in line according to the value of your case, my case was a referral so in this case the referring attorney, Jay Short, gets a cut. Obviously I didn’t know this going in, otherwise I would never use a referral…., “hint-hint”. To make a long, frustrating story a little less long. Unless you’ve been hit by a train, keep looking for a professional attorney who will give you your moneys-worth. If you want a chance to succeed with your case. These folks are worthless money sponges!!!
